Full functional appraisal is carried out ahead of project implementation covering:

Web projects are generally complex because of their transverse nature within organizations: many issues need to be taken into account, including technical & organizational issues, communications, data processing and training, while staff involved need to be behind the project to ensure its success (both functional and operational teams).

Modeling |
|
Once the functional appraisal has been completed, a model is used to materialize the shape and the exact content of the service package. The model allows the ergonomics and type of services offered to be approved via an operational solution. During the modeling phase, ADVANTYS can integrate the client’s existing graphic layout, design a brand new layout, or outsource the design to a third-party agency. |

Specific developments |

In addition to the editorial features included in PubliGen, ADVANTYS can develop specific web applications (directories, collaborative work, workflow, knowledge management, etc) – these will all integrate seamlessly with PubliGen, forming a coherent software package. |

Installation and training |
|
All internal staff can be trained as and when required by the client: once the training has been completed, the client will have all the resources they require to operate the system totally independently (Intranet architecture, system administration, management of the services and production of content). |
